January 22, 2026, 7pm Song Sparrow Hall Join us for the Shuswap Cycling Society's Annual General Meeting at the Song Sparrow Hall! This is open to all members current with their 2025 Memberships. Not sure if you are up to date? Have a look at the 2025 Confirmation List. Movie Night with the SCC Once again this year we will be hosting a movie night for the AGM. Entry is free for members, beverages will be available for sale. Agenda: 1. Approve agenda 2. Approve minutes from 2024 AGM 3. Approve Financial Report 4. President's report 5. Elections There are 6 Director positions up for re-election this year, and we anticipate 2 of the incumbents will not be seeking re-elections. Board members are elected as Directors at Large to the Board. At the subsequent Board Meeting, the Executive positions are filled/confirmed. We are looking for anyone that has a passion for cycling and directors are welcome to explore areas that most interest them.
