Annual General Meeting

This is open to all members current with their 2025 Memberships. Not sure if you are up to date? Have a look at the 2025 Confirmation List. Movie Night with the SCC Once again this year we will be hosting a movie night for the AGM. Entry is free for members, beverages will be available for sale. Agenda: 1. Approve agenda 2. Approve minutes from 2024 AGM 3. Approve Financial Report 4. President's report 5. Elections There are 6 Director positions up for re-election this year, and we anticipate 2 of the incumbents will not be seeking re-elections. Board members are elected as Directors at Large to the Board. At the subsequent Board Meeting, the Executive positions are filled/confirmed. We are looking for anyone that has a passion for cycling and directors are welcome to explore areas that most interest them. Larch Hills 300-398 Larch Hills Rd, Salmon ArmView the Event on TrailForks to see the various distances available. 5km walk – Enjoy this family friendly scenic walk through the trails of larch hills. 10km ride – This is a gravel ride that is ideal for the whole family. 20km ride – This gravel ride will be a perfect fit for those riders looking for a moderate challenge. 40km ride – This will be a timed ride for all experienced riders. This 40km route boasts big distance and beautiful views!
Shuswap Cycling Club XC Race
South Canoe Trails 10th Ave SE and 70th St SE, Salmon ArmREGISTRATION OPENS Aug 17th on ZONE 4 The 2025 SCC XC is September 27! Self-Supportive Event: The event is self-supportive, meaning that participants are responsible for their own navigation, well-being, and equipment throughout the race. There will be some limited route markings, mostly through the Larch Hills Nordic Trails. You are responsible to be familiar with the route. The Route can be found on Trailforks. Course Marshals: There are no Course Marshals. If you come across a rider in need please STOP to assist. 911 in case of an injury. Aid Station: The only Aid Station on route will be at the Rubberhead Parking lot. This will have a limited supply of snacks and water. You are responsible to pack the food you need for this route. Course: Participants are expected to understand the route themselves. This implies that there may not be course marshals or route markers, so cyclists need to be able to navigate the course independently.
