Salty Dog racer package pick up, The SCC Bike Swap, and the Salty Street Festival run simultaneously the day before the Salty. For the sixth year in a row, the Salty Street Festival continues to grow. We have a full contingent of bike industry leaders at the Street Festival, which allows us to put on a bike industry mini trade show with Shimano gear, Smith products, Giro and Bell helmets, bikes and products by Kona, Norco, Giant, and Rocky Mountain. Local ski resorts Sun Peaks and Silver Star Mountain, Shuswap Tourism, Shuswap Trail Alliance and Shuswap Bike Club all set up booths in the Street Fest. During the Salty Street Fest the Shuswap Cycling Club hosts the Interior's Largest Bike Swap. By and sell bikes and bike equipment to help support the club and cycling in the Shuswap. Drop off your bike(s) you'd like to sell from 9:30 - 11 AM.  Shop from 11 - 2:00PM.  Cashout from 2:00-2:30PM. We need a few volunteers to help run this event! Join members of Shuswap Cycling Club and riders in town for the BC High School Mountain Bike Championships for a screening of The Moment, a Darcy Turenne film about the the early days of free riding in BC with the biggest legends in mountain biking.
