Shuswap Trail Training Workshop
Shuswap Trail Design/Build/Maintain Training Workshop is scheduled for May 23 & 24 (Fri eve/all day Saturday). It’s a great way to discover the fun and finesse that goes into designing a trail, understanding how to manage water, sustainable construction techniques, and how to maintain a trail to last. Cost: $35, includes lunch (cost is waived for anyone who signs on for three or more trail stewardship days.) Watch for more details

Larch Hills Traverse Voly Day
Voly day on the Larch Hills Traverse. The days maintenance would like be to organized into segments so if you are interested PLEASE sign up by emailing or by calling Glen Piling. Assignments, coordination of tools and transportation details will be given out. It is a long trail and there maybe options to drop at start of a section and pick up at the end of the section. Tools will be supplied, but if you have loppers and hand pruners feel free to bring them. Also bring lots of water and lunch/snack. Appropriate clothing and repellant/sunscreen.
