Ride Don’t Hide 2018

It’s not just another year for ride don’t hide; 2018 is CMHA’s 100 anniversary as a national charity across Canada! A big one for us and we are hoping to continue to build community awareness around mental health. In order to do this we need to keep growing the ride and fundraising as all the money we raise stays local.

Funds raised from the 2018 ride will continue to promote the mental health of everyone in our community. This means funding programs like Living Life to the Full and our new Wellness Centre for youth based out of Salmon Arm Secondary School. We want our youth to have access to health services including mental health so this generation of young people and generations to come can thrive in our community.
