Cow Trail Classic Race
MerrittThe Cow Trail Class race is one or two 16Km loops showcasing our best trail system with the fastest and most flowing single track that you can imagine. We’d like to encourage all levels of riders from beginner to elite to race with us this year. Elite racers, this will be the fastest and most fun 32km’s that you’ll race all summer. Beginner Racers, this will be the perfect entry to the world and adventure of mountain bike racing. Why not sign up the whole family? The kids loop will start at 9am and the big race will follow shortly after at about 10am Total elevation gain for one 16KM loop of the race will be 676 Meters, it's one tough climb followed by one long rewarding downhill - it really appeals to all riders. We promise it will become a stop on your future trips through Merritt.

This year in cities across Canada we will have over 30 rides taking place on June 26th 2016. Our national goal is to raise over 1.5 million for mental health. MS Bike-Mountain

Registration is easily available online at www.msbike.ca or you can call Katrina Harding at 1-800-268-7582 x 7261. The registration fee is highly discounted now until May 15th. This event consists of beginner-to intermediate double and single track trails through the “fast, flowy, fun” terrain of Kenna Cartwright Park, BC’s largest municipal park. In a choose-your-own-adventure style, teams will determine their own course on the well-defined trails to reach the most checkpoints in the best time. Best of all, this event benefits multiple sclerosis research, and programs and services to help those affected by MS to improve their quality of life.
