On-line registration for the Sept. 13, 2014 Salmon Arm Bike For Your Life Century Ride opens Monday, June 2 at 6 a.m. Register online at www.bikeforyourlife.com or use the printable form on the Ride website or at local bike shops.

Skookum Kids MTB Ride

Kids Mountain Bike Ride! Drop your kids off, or join in the ride.  Kids will be split into groups based on ability and will receive guidance & encouragement from adult group leaders. Suitable for kids ages 7 and up. Must have a bike with gears and hand brakes and a helmet. Please send kids with a water bottle, jacket and weather-appropriate clothing.

For those of you who haven't done done this ride before, the plural of breakfast is not a typo. Meet at our house in Salmon Arm (930-37th Ave SE) at 6:50am.  We head out at 7:00am sharp for the first leg of our ride (25km) out through the Industrial Park and along Deep Creek road for a pancake breakfast at the Hullcar Hall at 8:00am.
