Whether you have never ridden a bike before\, or you are an endurance cyclist join in. Everyone is welcome! \nThis is not a racing event. The emphasis is on participation\, rather than time\, to make it fun for an individual or family. Enjoy the company of fellow cyclists. DESCRIPTION:Ride Don’t Hide 2017\n \nRide Don’t Hide is a community bike ride that is happening on June 25th 2017 in 35 city across Canada from BC to Newfoundland to raise awareness and funds for mental health. All funds raised goes back into local programs and initiatives. \nCMHA is a charity organization and it is their 5th year doing Ride Don’t Hide in Salmon Arm. Each year we grow a little and we are continue to reach out to community organizations to join our movement to: raise awareness and funds for mental health. See Below. – Jim Maybee \n  \nHi Everyone! \nFather’s Day is coming up in just over a week – time for the 3rd annual Pancake Breakfasts ride. \nFor those of you who haven’t done done this ride before\, the plural of breakfast is not a typo. Meet at our house in Salmon Arm (930-37th Ave SE) at 6:50am.  We head out at 7:00am sharp for the first leg of our ride (25km) out through the Industrial Park and along Deep Creek road for a pancake breakfast at the Hullcar Hall at 8:00am. \nBy 8:45am we’ll be back on our bikes for the next leg of the ride to Putula Park in Mara for our second pancake breakfast. We have to get to Putula Park before they close (at 10:30) so you can choose one of the two route options (click on links below for maps) to get to Mara by 10:15am. The pancake breakfast in Mara is renowned for quality including a gluten free pancake option and the choice of several homemade fresh berry toppings.
