DESCRIPTION:January 22\, 2026\, 7pm\nSong Sparrow Hall \nJoin us for the Shuswap Cycling Society’s Annual General Meeting at the Song Sparrow Hall! \nThis is open to all members current with their 2025 Memberships. Not sure if you are up to date? Have a look at the 2025 Confirmation List. \nMovie Night with the SCC \nOnce again this year we will be hosting a movie night for the AGM. Entry is free for members\, beverages will be available for sale. \nAgenda: \n1. Approve agenda \n2. Approve minutes from 2024 AGM \n3. Approve Financial Report \n4. President’s report \n5. Elections \nThere are 6 Director positions up for re-election this year\, and we anticipate 2 of the incumbents will not be seeking re-elections. \nBoard members are elected as Directors at Large to the Board. At the subsequent Board Meeting\, the Executive positions are filled/confirmed. We are looking for anyone that has a passion for cycling and directors are welcome to explore areas that most interest them. However we are specifically looking for people that have interest in planning group rides and member events\, sponsorship and communication\, and potential future leadership positions.
